If you are looking for a realtor to help you buy a house, you can't do any better than Laura Grenyo.  My wife and I just bought our first house in Santa Cruz and Laura made the entire process simple.  She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, informative, and really guided us through the entire process of buying our first home.  She even caught a miscommunication between our lender and the title company that could have caused us to miss our closing date.  

We were extremely nervous about buying a home due to the fast pace and cost of the bay area market.  Laura never pressured us to act fast, she went out of her way to get additional inspections done when we couldn't make it over the hill, and when we found a home that needed work, she helped coordinate getting contractors/electricians to the house to help us get bids for the work on the house even when we couldn't make it.
